Ordering in general
1.) What`s the price for a single sticker?
The stickers distributed by hatchkingdom.com cost (because we have got to organize all this !) an as small as possible handling fee (Tax included !) for three different sticker sizes:
Small sticker = up to 0,50 €
Normal sticker = up to 1,00 €
Oversized sticker = up to 5,00 €
All kinds of 'Hello my name is' stickers generally cost only 0.15 €!
Just want to mention gently that with your sticker order you also support the unique sticker museum who runs without any entrance fee or other expenses for visitors!

2.) What is the difference between the sticker sizes ?
The sticker sizes are:
Small sticker = up to approx. 5 * 5 cm
Normal sticker = up to approx. 12 * 23 cm
Oversized sticker = up to approx. 20 * 28 cm
3.) How many single stickers can i order at most?
You can order as many stickers as you like and / or need.
But we would like to achieve that every sticker motive will reach as many brand and stickerfans as possible and that everybody has a chance to get his favourite sticker.
Therefore a sticker design can be generally selected a maximum of 1 till 5 times by order.
This is always dependent on the inventory and purchasing opportunities!
The same goes for our specials.
Standard exception are the 'Hello My Name Is' sticker!
There you can order up to 25 pieces per design.
The maximum order quantity of each sticker will appear during the ordering process!
We ask for your understanding of our philosophy!

4.) What is the minimum order and are there any discounts?
The minimum order is 5, - EURO
Discounts are scaled as follows:
From 10,- EURO purchase = 5% discount
From 20,- EURO purchase = 10% discount
From 40,- EURO purchase = 15% discount
From 60,- EURO purchase = 20% discount
IMPORTANT: The discount will be shown at the end of your order !!!
So please don't wonder if you don't find it in the the shopping cart !

5.) Which countries are supplying?
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

6.) How much are the shipping cost?
Germany: free shipping
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: 4,00 EUR because we only ship as registered mail with track number.
7.) What are my payment options?
Payment will be made exclusively by advance payment, PayPal, COD -cash on delivery- (Germany only) or pickup in the museum.
We send the stickers out as soon as the money is received.
At cash on delivery (COD) payments the stickers go out immediately.
Payment in advance by bank transfer
We will sent you an order confirmation by e-mail which includes all the necessary payment information! Once your money has been received, your order will be sent directly.
Please note that we will automatically cancel the order for non-payment after a period of 10 days.
Paypal
Paypal is an online payment service where you can pay securely, easily and quickly - and it's free.
Safe: Your bank or credit card details are stored only at PayPal, so they will not resent at any online shopping.
Simple: You pay with only two clicks, because you rely on your bank deposited with PayPal or credit card information, instead of typing it every time you purchase.
Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly.
Thus, we can ship your order immediately and you will get it usually sooner.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page.
There you can create a free account easily and then you can pay with PayPal.
Cash on delivery
Payment by cash on delivery means you pay the postman directly for the order.
The shipping cost is 3.00 Euro and in addition once a delivery charge of 2, - EURO, which is imposed by the Deutsche Post and not by us.
(Only in Germany)
PickUp
You make your order online, then you drop in at the hatch office and pay in cash there.
(You can also order directly at our terminal in the museum and wait on the spot!) TEMPORARY NOT POSSIBLE !!!
8.) How do I get my stickers?
1st) Search in the different categories or type the desired brand name or keyword from the various options in the "single sticker search" – search panel.
2nd) Click on the name or the desired heading and it shows all the available designs.
3rd) You can now put stickers in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon under the image.
Pro motif you can choose maximal two stickers.
4th) While selecting you can see right on the top in the shopping cart how many stickers you've chosen and what are your current costs.
Click on the shopping cart and all your selected stickers are listed and can be edited.
5th) To finish the ordering process, click on CheckOut.
6th) You can register as a customer or send the order as a guest.
9.) Why is my favorite brand is not listed?
The aim of Hatch is to offer a widest possible selection of stickers from all imaginable fields.
We are constantly working to expand our sticker selection and hope that everyone finds his favorite label at hatch.
If not, can have various reasons such as that all of the stickers are already sold out, the brands does not produce at the moment or we are still in negotiations with the brand or institution.
Maybe the brand will not participate or we have no contact...
Therefore, feel always free to send us some tips, arrange contacts or send your own stuff if you want your stickers distributed in the best possible way!
